Emmanuel College is the only affilated college where Biochemistry is offered at the Post Graduate level. The course covers all advanced and recent developments in the area of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology thereby equipping the students for competitive examinations.

Generally spoken, M.Sc. Biochemistry is advanced biophysical chemistry. You will learn more about Tissues, Cell Biology, Encyms, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology and much more.

We want you to have not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience. Practical experience is very important for a successful Biochemistry student.
Part of the Master studies is a 6 months project work. Furthermore we will have experience with plants, blood etc.

After passing M.Sc. Biochemistry you have many job opportunities. In the field of education you can become a teacher, you can become a professional in the health industry. You can render your service in the related fields of research.

Candidates for admission to the M.Sc. Biochemistry should have B.Sc. in Biochemistry or B.Sc. with Cemistry main.
